Top REIT invests primarily in real estate related assets (hereafter, also referred to as the “portfolio”), and conducts management in pursuit of maximizing investment value for its unitholders by securing stable earnings and steady portfolio growth in the medium to long term.
In order to achieve this goal, Top REIT focuses on adopting the two pillars of its strategy: “skilled management of a diversified portfolio” and “optimal utilization of the Sponsors' strengths.”
